Island Level
How far vertically does the /is level command calculate? I built a floor at level -63 of my island (the bottom) and the value 2 half slab stone brick blocks don't seem to be counting, but torches placed on the blocks at -62 do seem to be counted.

the -63 was from my standing on the blocks and looking at F3. I am not sure if the F3 shows the foot level or the head level.

i think that it would make most sense for island levels to be be counted equally regardless of island level. we'll work on figuring this one out.
